Mrs. Misha Lobban Clarke
Mrs. Misha Lobban-Clarke M.A. (Communications) was appointed Executive Director of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) in June 2019. Prior to joining the BCCI, she was the Principal Consultant and Managing Director of her own consultancy, MLConsulting Services. Prior to this, she held the position of the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC), the regional body representing the interest of the accountancy profession in the Caribbean.Misha is a Management, Public Relations and Communications Specialist, with more than 20 years’ experience in management, corporate communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement; events planning, media relations and journalism. Her professional experience includes providing PR consultancy to government policymakers, corporate entities as well as technical membership organizations, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica, where she worked in a senior capacity before assuming the role as CEO of ICAC. She served in this capacity for 10 years (2008-2018) before joining the BCCI.Misha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies. She is also certified by the International Finance Corporation/Global Corporate Governance Forum as a trainer in Corporate Governance Board Leadership.
Ms. Brenda Pope
Brenda Pope, BSc, MBA, CISA, CMC, is a Management Consulting strategist with a demonstrated track record across the Caribbean in client transformational and change management assignments around technology, process and organisational improvement. Her over 40 years of diverse working experience spans a wide range of private and public sector clients in the areas of ICT, information risk management and security, IT strategy and governance, as well as change management and project management services.Brenda is currently managing director of ConsultBP, an independent consulting company specialising in technology-enabled transformation. Prior to retiring as Advisory partner at KPMG Barbados, for eight years she also held overall responsibility for KPMG’s management consulting services across the Caribbean. A past chair of the EDUTECH2000 Advisory Committee on computer technology in education, she was also a member of the TVET subcommittee on ICT, and the Advisory Committee on e-commerce legislation for Barbados.Passionate about the need for excellence and quality in the consulting profession, she is a past president and current vice-president of CIMC and in 2018 was the first Caribbean consultant to be designated a CMC-Global Accredited ISO 20700 Trainer.Brenda strives to be a role model for women and girls wishing to work in the technology arena and in 2012 was honoured by the Information Society of Barbados for her contributions to the growth and development of ICT in Barbados over 30 years.

Simone Pasmore Msc. is a software engineer, she holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. She is founder and CEO of Webstylze Ltd. A Software – Web. APP Development and Digital Marketing Company.She's a member of the International Webmasters Association, and is Google certified.She studied Sign Language and did her Master’s thesis on Web Accessibility for the Hearing Impaired.Simone’s discipline heavily focuses on User Experience and User Interface Design.

Mr. Niel Harper is the Chief Information Security Officer at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), where he is responsible for implementing a comprehensive enterprise information security, privacy and IT risk management program across the organization's global operating footprint in 90+ countries. Has held senior leadership and advisory roles with AT&T, Bemol, CARICOM Secretariat, CIBC, European Union, First Global Bank, Internet Society, and the World Economic Forum, among others. Fellow in Cybersecurity & Leadership (CIFAL Miami), Fellow of the British Computer Society, Fellow to the OECD Technology Foresight Forum and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Holds a LLM in Internet Law & Policy (University of Strathclyde), MBA (University of Leicester), and an Executive Certificate, Cybersecurity Leadership & Strategy (Florida International University).

Susan Boyea has an enviable track record of ensuring business value is realized from Information Technology; with over 25 years in Insurance and Financial Services. She was instrumental in the establishment of the Technology Shared Services operations of Sagicor Financial Group of Companies with oversight for this Technology Center ofExcellence which she led for 13 years.Susan holds the position of Vice President of Group Insurance for Sagicor Life Inc. In this position, Susan is responsible for charting the strategic direction, stimulating innovation, shaping business demand and ensuring business value is realized. Susan is passionate about value-driven analytics and sees technology-driven solutions as essential to all businesses taking the customer experience beyond a Like, Share, Tweet and Instagram post to that of a loyal customer.She holds dear her coaching and mentoring of other women and continues to influence many young women in making choices in the field of STEM careers.

Kolade Nurseis a Senior Manager in EY’s Consulting Practice. He joined EY in 2013, having already acquired over nine (9) years of Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) knowledge stemming from his experience in the ICT industry and firms over the last fifteen years. Since then he has worked with a number of EY clients across the region leading or supporting engagements which included, Technology Consulting, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Organizational Transformation. Prior to joining EY, Kolade was a Senior Account Manager, Government, at ILLUMINAT in Barbados, followed by Nextar Technologies and Digicel. He holds a Science, Upper Second Bachelor’s Degree, Double Major in Computer Science and Management and is a member of Project Management Institute, Internet Society, Barbados Chapter and is a Committee member of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce’ s Digital Society Committee for the last 2 years.
Mrs Trisha Tannis

Trisha S.M Tannis was elected President of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in May 2019. She is CEO of the Unicomer (Barbados) Group is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management and corporate governance and was the first female appointed to that office in the Unicomer Caribbean and Latin America Group. She is professionally qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados, an Associate of theInstitute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with honours at the University of the West Indies. She has served on and chaired the retail sub-committee of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is a Director on the boards of various privately held entities. She has also served on the Legislation Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados and is the incoming chair of the Regional Risk Management Steering Committee for Unicomer Caribbean. Trisha enjoys staying abreast of international retailing standards and local market trends, so that the Barbadian market has access to cutting edge technology and retailing infrastructure.

Prior to eBanqo, Charles was the pioneer CEO of Verve International, Africa’s premier payment card brand, as well as a Co-Founder of Interswitch –Visa acquired 20% of Interswitch in November 2019 at a valuation of $1b. BeforeInterswitch, Charles worked with Accenture and PwC, as well as American Express.Charles is a First-Class Honours Computer Science graduate from the University of Ilorin.
