Elevate your Spanish language skills and unlock the business landscape in the vibrant city of Panama! The two-week Panama Business Spanish Immersion Programme will take place from May 19–30, 2025 (excluding travel dates).

Participation Criteria

No prior knowledge of Spanish required—open to beginners through advanced learners.
Instruction delivered in small, proficiency-based groups.
Completion of the Casco Placement Test is mandatory on registration.

Immersion Tour Package Costs

Double Occupancy: USD $2,900 per person
Single Occupancy: USD $3,450 per person
Programme Only: USD $2,300 (excludes accommodation)

Note: Participants are responsible for meals and flights.

Travel & Accommodation Details

Direct Flights: Available from Barbados to Panama on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Accommodation: Package include accommodation at a 3-star hotels with breakfast included.

Participant Responsibilities

Obtain any required entry visas for Panama.
Secure comprehensive travel insurance.
Cover round-trip airfare and daily meals (lunch and dinner).
Prepare for activities with business casual attire and weather-appropriate clothing.
Provide emergency contacts and disclose medical or dietary needs.

Prioritize safety and adhere to cultural sensitivity guidelines.
Comply with all local laws and programme regulations.

Organizers are not liable for itinerary changes, cancellations, or other modifications.
The programme may be canceled if participation thresholds are not met.

- If paying by cheque, the balance is due three business days before the deadline.
Flexible payment plans:
