Breastfeeding in the workplace was the focal point of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (BCCI), Beat Business Round Table Shows which aired 30 August 2018 and 6 Septemeber, 2018. The discussions were led by Dr. Alison Bernard, President of the Breastfeeding and Child Nutrition Foundation and Mrs. Sheena Mayers- Granville, Executive Director of the Barbados Employers Confederation.

The importance of breastfeeding, as well as its implications for mothers, fathers, employees, employers and countries by extension, are key areas that were highlighted.
