The BCCI wishes to inform of the following temporary arrangement that has been granted to companies for the period commencing April 20th, 2020.

The Office of the Attorney General has advised that every company or business shall be and is permitted to have such staff attend its office as is required for the specific purpose of processing transactions related to, and dealing with, payroll, statutory obligations such as NIS and PAYE. For this purpose alone, businesses shall be allowed to conduct these limited operations based on the first letter of the business’s name as follows:

Letter A – E : 

Monday, 20th April, 2020 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 pm.
Letter F – O : 

Tuesday, 21st April, 2020 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 pm.

Letter P – Z : 

Wednesday, 22nd April, 2020 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 pm.

Where a group of companies or businesses conducts these processes, transactions and dealings through a central team, then a single day will be allowed for the group, based on the first letter of the name of the entity designated by the group to be responsible for the same. ​
