The newly-appointed Executive Director of the Barbados International Business Association (BIBA), Carmel Haynes was formally introduced to the BCCI’s Executive Director, Misha Lobban-Clarke during a courtesy visit to the offices of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) recently. The introduction was facilitated by the outgoing Executive Director of BIBA, Henderson Holmes, who retires in January 2020, after serving BIBA and the international business sector for the past sixteen (16) years.
Mrs. Misha Lobban Clarke, welcomed the new Executive Director of BIBA and extended best wishes to her in her new role. She also thanked the outgoing Executive Director, Mr. Holmes for his support of the BCCI initiatives and the collaborative partnerships facilitated between the BCCI and BIBA under his leadership of BIBA.
Mr. Holmes thanked the BCCI and the ED for their support and assistance during his tenure, noting that it was a pleasure and an honor to have been able to serve the interest of BIBA and the international business sector over the years.
Ms. Haynes expressed appreciation for the opportunity to meet with the BCCI Executive Director as part of her introductory visits with key stakeholders of BIBA.
The BCCI looks forward to the continued collaboration and fruitful relationship between the Chamber and BIBA.
